    RADF has presence in 6 Governorates in Yemen responding to all areas of humanitarian sectors. Currently RADF is undertaking programs in the fields of protection, Shelter/NFIs, CCCM, and Food Security and livelihoods programming.


    About The Project:

              RADF, in partnership with UNHCR, is implementing a CCCM project which aims to improve living conditions as well as promoting durable solution with full participation of the displaced and host communities in IDP Hosting Sites across Hajjah governorate. This project will enhance coordination, report gaps to working actors, collect data, support community structure such as IDP committees, identify gaps and provide quick solutions. It also helps to improve basic services and site maintenance, and to create the humanitarian space necessary for the effective delivery of protection and assistance.


    Social Worker Job Responsibilities:

    Help clients by assessing their situation; setting goals; obtaining required services.

     

    Social Worker Job Duties:

    •Determines nature of client's situation by interviewing client; assessing medical, psychological, emotional, and social information; making on-site visits.

    •Establishes course of action by exploring options; setting goals with client.

    •Obtains assistance for client by referring him/her to community resources; arranging for appointments; establishing rapport with other agencies.

    •Fosters client's action or adjustment by interpreting attitudes and patterns of behavior; explaining and pointing out new options.

    •Maintains record of case by documenting client's situation and client's own actions.

    •Monitors planned actions by periodic follow-up.

    •Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; participating in quality reviews; reporting needed changes.

    General Duties and Responsibilities

    Managing and coordinating CCCM activities at the field level and submitting the monthly plans of the field activities such as public and social campaigns and coordination meetings with service providers.

    Work with community mobilizers to verify databases of targeted families, collect gap data for sites, and coordinate and support any tasks to collect information or data required from IDPs hosting sites.

    Work with community mobilizers to monitor and report emergency incidents that require individual referrals, verify them and submit them to the Information Management.

    Follow-up of the community mobilizers to update the information related to the services provided by partners and service providers at the sites level (include standards and benefited families ..........) and prepare a service mapping of all managed IDPs hosting sites on monthly bases and submit it to the information management officer at the end each month.

    Follow-up monitoring of any movements in the target sites (the arrival of new displaced persons or departures) and submitting them to the Information Management as soon as possible.

    Holding coordination meetings with representatives of organizations and partners at the site level to discuss interventions and coordination in order to cover the gaps of sites in various sectors, with writing and preparing minutes of meetings and documentation for this, and submitting the outputs of the activity to the CCCM officer and the reporting officer.

    Supporting the CCCM officer in coordination with the relevant authorities (representatives of the SCMCHA, local authorities, service providers to develop possible solutions to the threats of potential evictions.

    Work with the CCCM officer to coordinate to conduct trainings for community structures (Community Volunteers) at the site level, conduct trainings, build the capacity of community mobilizers and submit related reports to the CCCM officer and the reporting officer

    Monitoring and following up on community mobilizers in multi-sectoral need assessment and updating needs, and submitting assessment results to the CCCM officer.

    Work with the CCCM specialist Engineer to establish community structures to monitor and maintain shared facilities and lead Community engagement processes related to maintenance activities and conduct all coordination process at the field level required to conduct assessments and implementation of infrastructure maintenance activities.

    Receiving and submitting emergency cases submitted by community mobilizers to the CCCM officer and referring them to the partners concerned with providing services.

    Work with the CCCM officer to monitor, collect and analyze complaints and observations from the field and develop solutions and responses (beneficiary feedback).

    Work with the CCCM officer to prepare field visits plans for community mobilizers.

    Carrying out frequent field visits to the targeted districts to manage and supervise activities and give feedback and direction to monitors and field teams.

    Collecting periodic reports for community mobilizers and community volunteers on weekly and monthly basis.

    Attending internal and external meetings as required and directed by the project manager and CCCM officer. 

    carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by project management.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    •Preferable experience in a project implementation position in an NGO.

    •Working experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.

    •Readiness to commit and adhere to the values, mission and vision of RADF.

    •Excellent verbal communication skills

    •Excellent team-working skills

    •Flexible, with the ability to cope with stressful situations

    •Good written communication skills

    •Good computer literacy, including use of smartphones and MS Office (Word and Excel)

JOBSUMMARY The ProtectionMonitor is in charge of carrying out protection monitoring activities athousehold and at community level in all governorates of intervention. The PM will also carry out key informantinterviews and FGDs in the community and contribute to the identification ofdisplacement patterns and protection risks. Purpose / Objectives: The PC Case Management Officer is the key actor in the management of individual cases of CP approaching or referred to the drop-in center. The PC Case Management Officer supervises the case management interventions of social workers, paying attention to the respect of technical standards/principles. To ensure CP cases are identified and receive quality individual case management support through documentation, assessments, psychosocial first aid, action plans, direct service provision, referrals and follow up for an assigned case load.     About Project:

              RADF, in partnership with UNHCR, is implementing a CCCM project which aims to improve living conditions as well as promoting durable solution with full participation of the displaced and host communities in IDP Hosting Sites across Hajjah governorate. This project will enhance coordination, report gaps to working actors, collect data, support community structure such as IDP committees, identify gaps and provide quick solutions. It also helps to improve basic services and site maintenance, and to create the humanitarian space necessary for the effective delivery of protection and assistance.


    Main Purpose:

    The Camp Management Assistant is responsible for building relationships with beneficiaries, information management, capacity building at field level, facilitating meetings, and assisting other RADF field teams with project implementation. This is a field-based position and may require spending extended periods of time in the field.


    General Duties and Responsibilities

    Management of mobile SMC teams

    •Devise weekly work plans and movement schedules for SMC mobile teams to ensuring day to day activities run smoothly

    •Timely reporting of problems and challenges in the sites to the Project Manager

    Partner coordination and service monitoring

    •Oversee liaison and coordination with all humanitarian partners and stakeholders working in the sites

    •Liaison and coordination with local authorities, with DPM and liaison team as needed

    •Liaison with Sub National Clusters (Shelter/NFI/CCCM and Protection)

    •Ensure regular monitoring and reporting of service provision and standards at site level

    •Report gaps or duplication in service delivery and advocate through appropriate mechanism


    Community participation and representation

    •Ensure establishment of community committees / governance mechanisms in the sites, ensuring participation of women, youth, and marginalized groups

    Protection mainstreaming

    •Consider gender, protection, and GBV concerns in all aspects of activities

    •Promote and adhere to Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policies
