Qualified suppliers with experience and the ability to enter the competition and possess all the qualifications that qualify them to win the tender during the period from November 1, 2024 to November 6, 2024, as the last date is November 6, 2024. 1. Offices registered with the official authorities in the Yemeni government 2. Valid tax and zakat card 3. Valid commercial register approved by the Yemeni legislative authority 5. The main tender currency is the US dollar 6. Incomplete documents will not be considered. 7. Documents can be obtained after completing all requirements in the form 8. Technical and financial bids are submitted in the same format as the institution inside closed envelopes sealed with red wax. 9. The last day for submitting bids is November 6, 2024. 10. Commitment to writing the price in numbers and letters in the total item. 11. Providing a brief about the company or contracting office with contracts for similar projects. 12. The institution is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bid. 13. To be registered in the lists of suppliers with the competent authorities. 14. To be in the lists of qualified suppliers in the institution. 15. To have a valid Zakat card. 16. To submit through the advertisement published on the institution's website. Important Notes: Any bid will be excluded if any of the documents required in the form are expired or damaged. The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any price offer, cancel the purchase process and reject all price offers at any time before awarding the purchase order or contract, without bearing any responsibility towards the affected supplier/suppliers or any obligation to inform the affected supplier/suppliers of this procedure.
