About RADF:
The Rawabi Al-Nahda Developmental Foundation (RADF) is a non-governmental, voluntary, independent organization established in November 27th 2011, officially registered at the Ministry of Social Affairs as per license (579). As RADF has been present in Yemen since 2011, it has experience implementing emergency child protection and Health, Education and Shelter responses, including women and youth empowerment. RADF has experience in handling large grants from international donors, such as UNDP, UNHCR, OCHA, FAO, IMO, the Humanitarian Forum Yemen, PartnerAid and Partners Yemen. The Foundation has excellent national-level relations and has experience in coordination with both national and international NGOs. It has offices, staff and community based committees in Hajjah, Sana'a, and Huddeidah, as well as solid experiences engaging with local communities from whom it gained acceptance and with whom it has collaborated in the past. In addition to that, RADF creates livelihood opportunities and community based protection committees. Last but not least, the foundation is mainly focused on Sustainable Development Goals and Humanitarian Response.
Purpose / Objectives:
The case management officer is responsible for providing case management services for SGBV individual cases, approaching or being referred to the drop-in center, such as providing psycho-social first aid (PSFA), fill out the SGBV intake form, developing care plan, recommending for financial assistance, and proposing for referral for specialized services (legal, psychological, medical, etc.), applying an survivor-centered approach, ensuring confidentiality, safety and do no harm. They are responsible for ensuring that protection principles are understood, maintained and enforced.
The case management officer works under the supervision of the IDPs Community Center coordinator and in accordance to Drop-In Center referral map.
Case Management:
1.Detect, counsel and follow up individual cases identified through, self-referral, community referral, during psychosocial activities and/or referred by other actors/agencies.
2.Conduct psychosocial assessment of vulnerable cases, including environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors as well as resources and strengths that impact the individual well- being
3.Complete intake forms
4.Refer cases internally for legal assistance, psychological counseling or financial assistance when needed.
5.Ensure coordination with the main service providers in the area of intervention for prompt referral, follow up and information sharing
6.Manage, fill, archive specific forms for cases profiling, referral and weekly reporting ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness
7.Monitor and follow up the outcome of the material assistance provided by other partner agencies and services providers
8.Be available to provide emergency assistance and basic emotional support for urgent cases
9.Ensure that data protection protocol is respected.
10.Any other task, not here listed but related to GBV intervention.
Psychosocial activities
1.Support the social workers and CBPNs in organizing awareness sessions on GBV related issues.
2.Coordinate with the social workers, protection monitors and CBPNs regarding GBV referrals.
Reporting
1.Provide daily updates to the Reporting Officer and CC Coordinator about new cases assessed.
2.File and report in detail on all cases with relevant information about the case, background, case plan, follow up and actions taken
Meetings and Trainings
•Be available to participate in meetings and trainings in and outside the centre including case management meetings and case conferences
•Participates in daily staff meetings
•Participates in weekly internal case management meetings led by the Activity Coordinator
Supervision:
•The case management officer will report to the community center coordinator for GBV cases.
Minimum requirements
•Hold an BA in social sciences or related fields
•At least 1 years of professional experience working in case management related issues.
•Have an excellent background and understanding about SGBV/women protection.
•Demonstrated familiarity with case management principles, standards and procedures, terminology.
•Good interpersonal skills
•Excellent computer skills (proven computer literacy), especially in Word and Excel.
•Readiness to commit and adhere to the values, mission and vision of INTERSOS.

•Native Arabic – EXCELLENT written and spoken English is an asset
