DeadlineDate: 26 Jan, 2020 TheRawabi Al-Nahda Developmental Foundation (RADF) is a non-governmental,voluntary, independent organization established in November 27th 2011, officially registered at the Ministry ofSocial Affairs as per license (579). As RADF has been present in Yemensince 2011, it has experience implementing emergency child protection and Health,Education and Shelter responses, including women and youth empowerment. RADFhas experience in handling large grants from international donors, suchas UNDP, UNHCR, OCHA, FAO, IMO,the Humanitarian Forum Yemen, PartnerAid and Partners Yemen.The Foundation has excellent national-level relations and has experience incoordination with both national and international NGOs. It has offices, staffand community based committees in Hajjah, Sana'a, and Huddeidah, as well assolid experiences engaging with local communities from whom it gainedacceptance and with whom it has collaborated in the past. In addition to that, RADFcreates livelihood opportunities and community based protection committees.Last but not least, the foundation is mainly focused on Sustainable DevelopmentGoals and Humanitarian Response. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Establishingdata bases properly based on the needed information and preparing and sortingdocuments for data entry. Enteringdata into database software precisely and ensure the accuracy of informationand prevent duplication. Resolvingdiscrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incompletedocuments. Creatingdata backups as part of a contingency plan. Respondingto information requests and provide basic data analysis and findings on aweekly and monthly basis to authorized staff. Compileand sort information according to priorities to prepare source data forcomputer entry. Review,verify data and make corrections where necessary. Generateregular reports, store completed work in designated locations. Scandocuments and print files, when required. Maintainlogbooks or records of activities and tasks. Conducthimself/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bringcredit to RADF, IDPS Community Center and Donors and to not jeopardize itshumanitarian mission. Ensurethe respect of the principle of confidentially and not to disclose anyinformation acquire by performing her/his duties. Complywith RADF, IDPs Community Center and Donors policies and procedures with respect to codeof conduct, child protection, equal opportunities, security and safety, andother relevant policies and procedures. Committo the humanitarian principles of strict neutrality, religious and politicalimpartiality and non-discrimination. Performany other related tasks as required. : · Twoyears of relevant work experience. Universitydegree in information Technology or any other related field. Organizationalabilities and previous experience of working with NGOs. NativeArabic, fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficienttyping skills, computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages. Abilityto adhere to deadlines and respect line management. Attentionto detail, accuracy and structured way of approaching task; Ableto ensure quick quality delivery in stressful environment. 1- Experience indealing with all groups of community. Time managementskills. Computer skillsincluding application programs. Teamwork spiritand ability to work individually. Dealing workpressure. Fast responseto the situation and ability to collect information rapidly.
