As RADF has been present inYemen since 2011, it has experience implementing emergency child protection andHealth, Education and Shelter responses, including women and youth empowerment.RADF has experience in handling large grants from international donors, suchas UNDP, UNHCR, OCHA, FAO, IMO,the Humanitarian Forum Yemen, PartnerAid and Partners Yemen.The Foundation has excellent national-level relations and has experience incoordination with both national and international NGOs. It has offices, staffand community based committees in Hajjah, Sana'a, and Huddeidah, as well assolid experiences engaging with local communities from whom it gainedacceptance and with whom it has collaborated in the past. In addition to that,RADF creates livelihood opportunities and community based protectioncommittees. Last but not least, the foundation is mainly focused on SustainableDevelopment Goals and Humanitarian Response. PurposeThe Accountability Officerwill remain responsible to uphold and implement Accountability minimumstandards during the implementation of programs. H/She will collect and processthe complaints/feedback from community and provide timely feedback tocommunities. H/She will ensure the site standards and entitlements displayduring the program implementation while spending more than 50% of his/her timein the field with the implementation teams. Tasks & Responsibilities· To ensure that accountability to beneficiaries and transparency becomeintegral part of all program interventions.Makes sure that complaints are logged in a professional and timelymanner.Respond and communicate with the beneficiaries in a dignifiedmanner regarding their complaints/feedback.Keeps regular follow up of complaints and update the CFM databaseon daily basis.Carry out field visits regularly with the implementation teamsduring registration, verification, distribution and monitoring activities fordifferent M&E and Accountably tasks.Handles complaints as per Monitoring & Evaluation guidelinesand shares the information with relative staff member.Receiving complaints through all complaint channels, classifying them according totheir sensitive and non-sensitive referring them to the PoC and following themup until they are solved and making feedback for the complainant about hiscomplaint.Documenting all complaints and suggestionsreceived through the various means of communication.Follow up all means of receiving complaints andproposals continuously at the project level in all districts of interventionCoordinating with the parties concerned with thecomplaints and proposals submitted for processing according to the complaintsand proposals manual and closing them.Preparing responses, clarifications and draftingnecessary memoranda on complaints and proposals received and classified.Analysis of complaints and proposals and makingobservations and recommendations.Prepare periodic reports, weekly and monthly asrequired by work.Save, organize and arrange data, documents andcorrespondence received within the scope of the work and archiving themelectronically and in paper.To carry out the tasks assigned to him by hisdirect supervisor and in a manner that does not contradict the nature of hiswork.Minimum Qualification , Experiences and Skills· Professional degree in a related field.Good Command (spoken and written) English.Experience working for a NGO or international organization will bean asset.
